Refund Policy
Limited Refund Consideration
Orders are typically reviewed and processed on the next business day. For this reason, customers generally have up to 24 hours after submitting an order to request updates or corrections.
If we are contacted within this timeframe and the order has not yet been processed, we may, at our sole discretion, consider issuing a refund. Any approved refund will be reduced by applicable payment processing fees, which may be up to $25. All requests are evaluated individually.
Damaged or Defective Deliveries
If a physical item is received in a damaged or defective condition, a replacement may be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
One replacement will be shipped at no cost. Additional replacement requests may be subject to processing and shipping fees.
Missing Orders or Deliveries
For electronic orders, customers should first review their spam or junk email folders. If the documents cannot be located, please contact us promptly so we can assist with retrieval and re-delivery.
For orders shipped via USPS, we have access to full tracking information and can verify shipment status. If an order cannot be located, we will resend the items one time at no charge. Any further reshipment requests may require additional postage fees.
