Failure to renew for an extended period can cause your company to be administratively
terminated by the state, and additional fees may be required to restore it to active status.

The fee to file an amended annual registration is $20.00. Annual registration fees will not be refunded if an entity is dissolved, cancelled, terminated, merged out of existence, withdrawn, administratively dissolved, or revoked prior to the end of an annual registration period.
